The shipping prices depend on the country to which the order is shipped. We have Regular Shipping, Express Shipping. We use different shipping service providers, depending on the shipping option. The shipping fee depends on the weight and destination. Please, note that some countries don’t have the option for Fast Shipping. All prices are in Euro. All orders are shipped on the next day. Orders made Friday and during the weekend, are shipped on Monday. Orders made during holidays or the last working day, will be shipped on the next working day. We consider holidays and non working days. Orders of products, which are on pre-sale, will be shipped at the date announced in the product description of the product. There may be delays or even impossibility because of strikes, war or political reasons. In that case you will be informed via Email. We do not accept orders to P.O. Boxes and Package Stations for orders with "Express Shipping". In case you are not at the provided delivery address during the delivery time, the couriers would do few more delivery attempts and depending on the local courier company, leave a note, or a SMS for you with more information how to claim the package. Please, always check at your post box or front door if there is such a note. Please, give us a valid phone number to make sure you receive a SMS with the claiming info.In case the package is sent back to us with the reason that it was not claimed, it will be not a subject of a free return and the shipping price will not be refunded. If you provide aninvalid phone number and the package is returned to us it will also not be a subject of return and the shipping price will not be refunded.
Regular Shipping
Having said that, a Shipping Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers. It is the legal framework for presenting your obligations to your customers, but also to address different possible sicarios that may accrue, and what happens in each and every case.
A Shipping Policy is a good practice and it helps both sides - you and your customers. Your customers may benefit from being informed about what they can expect from your service. You may benefit because people may be likely to shop with you if you have a clear Shipping Policy in place since there won't be any questions about your shipping timeframes or processes.

*The shipping of orders, which are on pre-sale, starts on the date announced in the product description of the item.
**Providing your phone number is an obligation, as it will be forwarded to the courier company to contact you , in case they have problems with the delivery or to notify you for an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
***Packages, which are returned to us with the reason "Not Claimed" will not be a subject of a "Free Return". In such cases the customer needs to pay again for the shipping. The customer is also entitled to cancel the order and get a full refund for the product, but not for the shipping.
****Please, provide us with a door code , if it is necessary for the delivery.
